I’ve
searched the sky
I could not find
I’m a stranger on the earth
I see it swirling like purple waves
My homeland is a church
And when I cannot tell
I express myself
By the colour of my eyes
Is there anyone to share my light?
I get my rest
From the trees of death
They cast a shadow on my soul
See them swirling like dark-green flames!
They help me no to lose control
And I try to tell
When I lose myself
About the curls around the stars
Escape
The sorrow that will always last
I’ve searched the sky
I could not find
I’m a stranger on the earth
I see it swirling like purple waves
My homeland is a church
And when I cannot tell
I express myself
By the colour of my eyes
Is there anyone to share my light?
